"Not gonna lie, the freshness was a bit hit and miss"
Not gonna lie, it was a bit of a mixed bag. Some of the fruit was really nice and tasted fresh, but the salad went off faster than I expected. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just a little disappointing overall.

I ordered a few bits from marksandspencer.com and, to be fair, the delivery turned up on time. The packaging wasn’t great though, the box was a bit bashed and one of the items had been sliding around inside. Luckily nothing was broken, but it definitely could’ve done with more padding instead of everything being left loose. I also felt a bit talked down to when I raised it, which didn’t help. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but I did expect better from M&S.

I’ve been waiting and checking back, but I still haven’t received any points. It’s frustrating because it feels like I’m stuck in the same loop with no way to fix it or move forward.

"Reliable delivery, honestly straightforward"
I’ve ordered from Marks and Spencer a few times now and, to be fair, the delivery has been really reliable. The parcels turn up when they say they will, and the updates are clear enough that I’m not sitting around wondering what’s happening. I suppose the tracking messages can feel a little frequent sometimes, but i’d rather that than be left guessing. Nothing has gone missing or arrived late so far, so overall it’s been simple, easy, and I’ve got no real complaints.

"Pretty happy overall..."
I ordered a few clothes and some food bits, and the quality was really good for the most part... One of the shirts was a bit thinner than I expected, but other than that I’m happy with everything.

"Pretty smooth overall"
I didn’t run into any big issues. Everything was straightforward, like the setup was fine, the instructions made sense, nothing arrived broken, nothing felt confusing, and I didn’t have to contact support or anything. It just worked the way I expected, which is always nice.

"Sizing Felt a Bit Off"
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was kind of strange. It felt tight around the shoulders and loose around the waist. The quality is about what I expected, but the sizing just wasn’t great for me.

I tried getting in touch with Marks and Spencer because part of my order was missing, it was such a hassle. The live chat kept cutting out, like one minute I’d be explaining the issue and the next it was gone. Then I tried email, and all I got back were those automatic replies that don’t actually say anything useful, just the usual “we’ve received your message” type stuff. I waited days, checked my inbox, checked spam, tried again, and still didn’t get a proper answer. For a company this big, I expected better, whether it’s a missing item, a delivery issue, a refund question, or even just a simple update. It really shouldn’t be this difficult. Definitely not in a hurry to order from them online again.

I ordered my usual size from Marks & Spencer, but the fit was nowhere near what I expected. One top was absolutely huge, while the trousers were too tight, even though I’ve bought the same size from them before. It’s just frustrating, because you’d think if the size guide is there, it should make ordering straightforward. Having to send things back for something as basic as inconsistent sizing is a hassle. I’m not sure I’d risk ordering clothes online from them again.

"Clunky website, what a joke"
Trying to order from Marks and Spencer online was such a pain. The pages were taking ages to load, the filters kept resetting every time I went back, and my basket randomly seemed to lose items. Then it made me log in again for no reason, what a joke. For such a big retailer, the website feels really clunky and frustrating to use. I gave up in the end and won’t bother again unless they sort it out.

"Good value most of the time"
I shop on marksandspencer.com often and, i think the prices are usually fair for the quality you get. A few things can feel a bit overpriced, but when there’s a sale on it definitely feels worth it. Delivery has been fine for me too. I’d give it 4 stars.

My order was ready right on time, and the staff found it quickly. I kept wondering if there might be some issue or if I’d have to wait, but everything went fine. No real complaints.

"Good delivery overall"
I ordered a few bits from M&S the delivery turned up quicker than I expected. I got updates along the way, which was good, and everything arrived in good condition. The only thing was the time slot was a bit vague, so I did end up waiting around for a while, waiting and not really knowing when it would come. Apart from that, all fine and I’d be happy to order again.

"Order was mostly fine, but the support process felt frustrating"
My order showed up on time and most of the items were right, so that part was good. But one item was missing, and another came in a different size than what I picked. Customer service did eventually sort it out, but i felt a bit ignored at first and had to push more than I expected. It got fixed in the end, but it was still annoying to deal with

"Always Find What I Need"
I always end up finding something I need here, whether it’s clothes, little food bits, or stuff for around the house. It’s one of those places I just pop into for one thing and somehow leave with a few extras... always useful

"Checkout was such a hassle"
I tried paying like three times and it just kept sending me back to the basket for some reason. Then my delivery slot disappeared and all that, which made it even more annoying. I gave up in the end because the whole checkout thing was just a pain.

I was trying to order some school trousers and a few basic tops, but pretty much every size was out of stock. So frustrating. I signed up for the stock alerts too, thinking I’d hear something soon, but weeks went by and nothing. Not a single update. what’s the point of listing the items if you can’t actually buy them?

"Good deals, but the codes should work"
I’ve found some decent deals here, and when everything goes through, it feels worth it. But a few times the promo codes didn’t work at checkout, which is frustrating. If a discount is being advertised, I think it’s only fair that customers can actually use it without a hassle.

"I ordered a few ready meals and cakes…"
I ordered a few ready meals and cakes from Marks & Spencer, and to be honest, they were nicer than I expected. The lasagne was really tasty and felt a bit more special than a usual ready meal, and the lemon cake disappeared quickly in our house. It is a little on the pricey side, so I was expecting it to at least taste decent, and it lived up to that for me. I’d happily order again
